It would seem so. If you read the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and think about what is going on in this country (the U.S.) you might be inclined to agree.

Google the Patriot Act. Take time to read it. Section 215 is especially interesting.

I'm fighting to preserve the Constitution. Are you?

If you have to ask, obviously none of YOUR rights have been taken away.

I keep asking people who insist our rights are being violated by this administration for examples, but they don't give me any.

In my personal experience, it's the LEFT who is taking away our rights. They tell you what you should drive - well, too bad. I have a small farm and a big truck to run it with. They tell us we shouldn't own guns. Funny - that right is actually spelled out pretty clearly, yet they STILL try. They tell you where you can smoke - aren't you glad they stand up for your rights? (I don't smoke, for the record, but that's not the point) They tell you not to hunt - it's cruel! But they don't consider they WHYS of hunting. Many Americans don't live in cities - by choice! - and hunt to supplement their food supplies. Heck, in Alaska, we pay so much for shipping, I know a lot of families that wouldn't make it through the winter if they didn't get a moose in the fall. They tell you not to trap, yet fur is a renewable resource and doesn't create toxins for the environment. Can the same be said for Gore-Tex and other high tech fabrics? Besides, it's warm - the Native Alaskans wore it for a REASON. They are even trying to tell you what you can EAT - proposed trans-fat bans.

Does that help at all?

What rights have you lost?

I would bet that 95% of the people complaining about loosing rights, don't even exercise the most valuable right they have, the right to vote.

Instead of exercising that particular right, they choose to use smear campaigns, name calling and divisiveness to make their voice heard.

The average citizen has lost no rights in America. If you are working to subvert our government, and undermine our rule of law, then you deserve to loose your rights. And be jailed for your offenses.

No, I challenge any liberal to tell me one right that the government has taken away. I have yet to be taken up on it. This is nothing more than liberal propaganda.

Yes. They are. Get used to it-- it doesn't look like it'll change any time soon. :(
