i would say the drowning because i,m not any good at holding my breath then 20 sec.but some people can for 2mins.if you swim down the water will push you up. that,s a fact and the best way to stay a live but if your on land you are dead by the impact, that two ways at looking at it. r.i.p.

Blunt force trauma, water cannot be compressed ergo that much water slamming into a humaqn body would be like...well having a skyscraper fall on you.
