Don't forget to use a booster seat once she has outgrown the car seat? I wonder, are car seats not mandatory in your State? What a shame...

Personally, I think it's great that the little girl was ok, and that there really was a guardian angel that day, however, not putting an infant in a car seat properly AND running a stop sign at a high rate of speed? That's just irresponsible and stupid.

i think the mother shouldve had her child taken away for not having her in their correctly. if you dont know how to install a car seat . go to the police station and have them do it, laziness can kill
