Xenogears for the PSOne... it's the best game ever. No other game has story depth this deep. It's hugely based on fact and religion, even the US banned this game some time later after it came out. The battle system is one of a kind. Even it's sequels (the Xenosaga series) couldn't catch up. All gamers should definitely check this game out.

that's a hard one but since i have to choose i say final fantasy 7 because it's the only game i ever played that challenged me a bit , it has a decent storyline ,and it had some fun mini games
