What is the code to open application and folder ?

Use "Shell" function
For example, To open notepad, call Shell "notepad"
To open C:, call Shell "explorer C:\"
You should specify the full path of the executable, in case that the application in not in the System Paths...

If you go to the 1st page click on file and drop down menu will offer a bunch of options (if only two options your on the wrong page) select new project and you will see your existing applications also listed and you can highlight the one you want then press F5 key to run it.
