Dick, who else, is his boss.
Dick's boss are the neocons.
Neocons' loyalty is to israel.
And israeli regime is currently lead by I. Ohlmert.
Given from the above order, yes, it is logical that Bush is cheney's food taster.

Its always been like that. When Bill Clinton was president we didn't see much of Al gore. George Bush senior was rarely seen when Ronald Reagan was president.
