Wealth is a concept of stocks and assets, so it is not just money that changes. You could find an Inuit living in your house, as that is an asset. Indeed, your watch could well end up being owned by someone in Africa. However this question is ridiculous as it is impossible to put a monetary value on everything- how do you redistribute grass for example? Things also don't just magically redistribute, there are costs involved, such as transporting things around, and as such, wealth has to be recalculated.

Well I don't know what we'd all have but I can calcuate precisely what it would be worth, nothing. You couldn't buy anything or sell anything, nor hire anyone. I'm assuming it would continually be divided so that any trade you made that increased your share would result in a redistribution.
