The screen on my monitor is lowered and I just have this blank space at the top and it doesnt take up the full screen like it used to which is supposed to be 1024 by 768 pixels. So could someone please help me fix this problem. If you are not understanding this problem just tell me I need to describe it better.

Are you using Windows XP??? If you're using then, look at your computer , in the bottom center, there is like a circle that can be pushed;then push it and you can see at your that there is a settings that well pop-up saying contrast, brightness and so on. Then you go to the screen settings and adjust your screen.

You simply need to adjust your vertical position (might be labeled V-pos or simply V) of your screen. Monitors vary as to how to accomplish this, their should either be a knob for it (if it is older) or it would be in the menu.
