I liked it but i would like less violence like with the guy that was hurting himself on purpose with the chains.

I did like the move. I also agree with your point about that scene in the movie.

I have heard, though, from people who have read the book beforehand having disliked the movie. I like, but think things like that always happend when you translate a book into a movie...you end up changing up some things.

As with most movies that were based on books, the book was far better than the movie. I didn't like all the stuff that was cut in the making of the movie. As for the violence, I thought it was far less than many other movies you see now-a-days.

I enjoyed the Da Vinci Code very much. I think I'm going to read the book next. It is a very thought provoking movie. It made me do a lot of research and looking into religion and faith.

Saw it , liked it. Didn't read the book--yet. Even though it's fiction, I like that it throws some controversy on the subject matter. I enjoy any book or movie that causes people to think----or rethink their belief systems.

was very interesting concept. it would make me feel better about Jesus if I knew that it was feasible.I suspect there may be something to it..I would rather think of him as a man used by God than a living deity ..
