Asking the question of 'Why are we here?' is perhaps a question asked by us all.
We are here, like it or not, and it is up to us to make life on earth a good place for everyone else that shares it with us. No, I'm not religious but I believe we are here for a purpose beyond our realms of understanding.
Life is too short, don't spend the bulk of it worrying why we are here or where we came from. It doesn't matter how intelligent you are, you can't find the answer.
Life and the way we have evolved is so amazing - beyond the scope of our intelligence.
Look at every day as a new day and do someone a good favour.
It will make you feel good about yourself and you will never have to ask the question again.

The solution to your answer is Religion. A lot of people have different beliefs why we are here and you should go with who's are most reasonable or make up your own. But remember, always be a critical thinker if you want to find out the truth. If your not you might as well believe we are here to serve monkeys.

Why we're here is an age old question. To give an answer would be opinionated and call for alot of philosophy. We as seperate individuals must determine what we do that is actully good. Try and give it your best shot. Hope that helps.

Some people dont do anything good in their lives, even worse, they hurt other people, but some people are helping others who are less fortunate than them and do their best to make this world a better place.
Unfortunately, there are more people that are bad and fewer people that are good, thats why the world is in such a mess.

That is a pretty good question. Life seems to be meaningless if one does not have live his life's purpose. Life has meaning only as one depends solely on God's grace and mercy and lives accordingly through the cross of Christ.

I am here to raise my kids, help my family, help others.
Sometimes it seems impossible that one person can do any good in the world as it is now. You just need to remember that each good thing you do means that there's one less "bad" thing out there!

Too many answers,
thats not the right question.
What do YOU do that is good.
what is it in your little world that you are doing to make it a bit better?
WE are but seekers of something to hold on to, simple to keep us from falling off this rock in space.
YOU are the one that matters

good question
it's either
a) we were created to love each other and love and worship the God who created us, to take care of the earth and to always better ourselves for the betterment of mankind. To quest and question our God and to ultimately become one with him in his body - thereby living forever in his will and in the place he created for us: heaven.
or
b) we were formed by amino acid cells in a primordial ooze to do nothing except be born, live, die and rot.
I'm going with "A"
