Jack, everything is going to be o.k.. Don't waste ur precious time worring about vowels you hardly every use it in real life unless ur going to b an english teacher or a 2nd grader again.

who in the hell would know that answer anyways?

When "W" was a young child, he was very big and buff. He was in training to be a vowel. But one day, while he was walking to school, some big mean consonants came up to him and forced him to join their evil gang. "W" 's mommy ("U") and his daddy ("You") were too late to stop the onslaught of gang violence and They could do nothing but watch their son transform into a consonant.

vowels dont require the use of your lips.... vowels you can make without moving your lips :)
