You may be surprised at how many other people feel insecurity. Even the most beautiful actors are also said to be some of the most insecure. For the most part, you can never tell what's going on behind somebody's eyes. My point is that you should stop worrying about what other people are saying about you, learn to enjoy yourself, and don't judge anyone else. And if anyone ever wants to make you feel inferior, to hell with 'em. Be a good, self-assured person and eventually you'll find yourself around the same kind of people.

Recognize that no one is perfect. Everyone has something to be insecure about.
Usually when people are feeling insecure, they are more focused on themselves than others. If you are insecure, try to quit worrying about yourself so much. Think about other people.
Generally, most people don't even notice what you're insecure about.

First you have to identify the insecurity then deal with it by maybe discussing it with a close friend/family or reading self-help books or internet searches to find out more about it but if those suggestions don't help, seek professional help.
