Keep off food that causes it like baked beans, brussels, mushy peas etc. Keep off the beer too! First thing every morning have half a glass of warm boiled water with a couple of drops of peppermint essence added to it. Don't gobble your food when eating - take your time and chew slowly thus avoiding intake of air at the same time.

farting is natural, don't try to stop it or you will be full of gas and so bloated you will be miserable. Some foods could be avoided such as cauliflower, carbonated beverages, beans, etc.
