All of them are exciting(except maybe a FG unless it is a game winner from a ways out) but a big hit tackle can change a game faster than anything. Often a QB will throw a pick after he got drilled earlier, a receiver will get alligator arms after he has been smoked earlier (leading to an interception) or a perfect pop will cause the fumble so it can be recovered. Teams with big hitters have more opportunity to change a games momentum, look at the hitters on the teams still in the playoffs. A big hit and tackle at the end of the Dallas/Seattle game at the goal line sent the 'Boys home for the season! A good slobberknocker is hard to beat.

THE most exciting thing in watching football is either a fumble and its recovery or an interception. The next thing that comes close is a touchdown. But a fumble is all that is needed to change the WHOLE game around. just like when romo bobbled the snap @ the seattle game tried to run for the end zone but then got tackled and frickin' lost the ball. That was it for the Cowboys. nothing needed to be said. all it was, was a little drop of the ball and BAM! the game is over. and remember earlier in the game. when romo was at the 1 or 2 yard line and he passes to Aaron Glenn, he fumbles it and like 50 seahawk players try to make it a touch down. that adds points to their score and eventually lead up to a touchdown the next possesion. so that is always exciting.

This is an easy one. For true football fans, they are all exciting, but it has to be a good stick. Tackles are what the game is all about. It defines the physical nature of our favorite sport. And i'm not the only one to say big hits, they have a whole segment on the pregame shows called JACKED UP. A picture perfect tackle is the purest and rawest display of true football.

Gotta be an interception or an unexpected TD i.e. the team not being in the red zone. Always excitin when you think a team has got the next point in the bag and then woah it's goin the other way!

A long touch down run, after the RB breaks a few tackles or makes guys miss like they are little kids. IE LT, Brian Westbrooke

Depending on the situation either a blocked kick, which is always unexpected, or a hard hit that forces a fumble.

Touchdowns. You need touchdowns to win games. A team can't consistently depend on FG's

I'd like to add kick-off or punt return. A kick-off return really deflates the team that just scored before that. Seeing the return man run past eleven guys across the whole field is unreal - like a home run in baseball.

It depends on the situation of the game, but overall, touchdowns are generally the most exciting.
