Vocal - Rod Stewart - not the greatest quality voice, but the emotion just drips out of his mouth.
Guitar - Jimi Hendrix - set the bar for several generations of guitarists and still hasn't been bested....
Bass - Phil Lynott (Thin Lizzy) - Solid bass player and could solo with one too
Drums - Neil Peart (Rush) - not a personal favorite, but his timing changes and solo ability are awesome.

Jesus, expectations expectations....alright, I'm bored, I'll go for it...
In no particular order...
Vocalist:
1. Jessicka Fodera - Her voice is creepy and high pitched which is just very interesting to listen to.
2. KatieJane Garside - Her style is unique and beautiful
3. Maynard James Keenan - Anyone who's seen either Tool or APC live knows exactly why
Guitarist:
1. Dime Bag Darell- His style is heavy and unique
2. Eddie Van Halen- He has magick fingers
3. Jimi Hendrix - I know it's stereotypical, but he's truly one of the best.
Drummer:
1. Frost {satyricon} - The guy defines the word fast.
2. Hellhammer- It's all in the name
3. Vinnie Paul Abbot- I just like his expression of love for his instrument.

The top genius is Prince (or whatever name he goes by nowadays).
He actually played all of the instruments in several albums and also writes all of his own songs. I think he can play some insane number of instruments, like 17!
He is one of the best singers, guitarists and bassists in music today.

Can't really say. There are so many genres of Rock. . .Pop even has it's drummers and bassists, vocalists, etc.
Also, u have to think about whether u were going for separate categories of gender, genre, etc.
