I just found out I'm pregnant-4 weeks actually. With my daughter I was sick 24/7 for 6 months. I'm trying to get prepared for the "in case I get sick again" by stocking up on the right foods. Here lies my problem. I know the type of foods to eat but need more full meal ideas. They need to be better for my nausea and something that my family can have too. Any recipe ideas?

Can't help with any recipe ideas, but swear by ginger root to fix your nausea.
My wife had a lot of nausea with our first, and then discovered ginger root with our second and took it everyday, and never threw up. She also ate premium plus crackers and that helped too.
Ginger root also saved me on a very rough boat ride. I always get motion sickness, and took ginger root and felt great!
Try it, you will be able to eat everything just like you weren't pregnant.
It is very safe, used extensively in Europe for pregnancy and recommended by Naturopathic doctors, midwives, herbalists, etc.

I know this answer, I just watched something on tv about this. If you have sickness while your pregnant, you shouldn't eat filling meals, you should eat smaller portions of healthy food. Also, drink lots and lots a fluid.
