Every meth addict once said "I swear I will never do it again." Think about if you ate rat poison or battery acid. That is what meth does to you. It causes your temperature to rise and it fries your body from the inside out. Though there's no scientific proof that meth is PHYSICALLY addicting like cocaine or heroin, it is alot more MENTALLY addicting than any drug.
It will ruin your body, but more importantly, it will ruin your mind. I am a recovering meth addict who said "I swear I will never do it again" the first time I did it. I did it so much I was shooting up within 3 months. I am now a year and a half sober, and the effects of meth have still not gone away mentally. I can no longer concentrate, and thats just for starters. Worry about your body, but worry even more about your mind, because meth will destroy it, and quick.

If your not dead or in the hospital, you lucked out.
smoking Meth (or anything for that matter) sends the drug straight to the heart, entering the blood stream via lungs. your lucky you didn't have a heart attack.

Long term use, smoking, injecting, snorting, or ingesting will most likely make you display psychiatric symptoms, Mood swings, Psychosis, Delusions, and can take months to years to clear up.
Not to mention the physical toll, damage to brain, heart, skin, vision.
Some people tolerate longer than others, so it might appear to be
safe if you see them not adversely effected at first. Everyone crashes hard in the end.

If it was your first time your probably ok. If anything concerns you see a doctor.
Whoever sold it to you is interested in your $cash$, not your health, well being, or you.

Best save your money.

Your lungs maybe feeling the effects but I don't know how much damage...Get a physical to see if everything is up to par. Now if you continued to smoke you will definitely have more to worry about. Health wise it can do damage to your lungs your skin your teeth and your heart. It is pure poison made up of very dangerous chemicals. It is highly addictive so I hope you don't do it again. Hopefully this was just an experiment for you. I am speaking from past experience this is not a drug you want to tamper with.

Not only can you do damage to your internal organs, but you can damage your teeth. Resulting in them falling out if you keep doing drugs. Is that what you want? To become toothless some day and brainless? Think about it.
