Other then the actors who play them... for the people who watch anime, is it possible for someone to be very attached to an anime charecter?
After seeing the journey they went through, and the things they did... maturing, getting older... mainly, you just can't stop thinking of the character.
*This questions is really just a curious question*
Let me rephrase my questions...
"Is it possible for us to be attached to the characters like the voice actors who play them are?"

Really, I think it is.
After watching Cardcaptor Sakura (Whole season) I can see that she really has matured from a 4th grader to a 6th. I feel like im really apart of her... in a way.
But then again, no one is more attached to the character than the voice actors/actress themselves.
But i see what your trying to say, and i LOVE Kinomoto Sakura.

-_-; sure. that is unhappy yet I actual have many pals that are overly obsessive. yet not a lot over the voice actors, yet i'm confident that they'd like to make out with some characters from any anime they watch (customarily the silver haird adult adult males LOL not confident why regardless of the reality that), and that is kinda scary at times how obssesed they could get. erk yet i guess i'm kinda the same way with a number of the female characters... ah nicely

Yes because I am attached to Yusuke Urameshi, Hiei, Kurama, Kuwabara, Genkai from Yu Yu Hakusho, Vash the Stampede from Trigun, Kakashi and Naruto. I am attached to Naruto because although people try to put him down, he never quits and his heart is always in the right place sorta like myself. :-)

I think its very possible to become attached to a character. I mean I know I am. So I don't think its that hard to become attaced its liek your scareing something with that character and seeing what they see when you watch them.

Sure it is. Psychologists studies have shown that are brain regards characters we watch can be regarded the same way is real people in the way it's processed in our brains.
