Ok, first of all, it's not the color that makes your lips look bigger, it's the way you apply it. Some people say that drawing your lipliner a little bit outside of the edge of your lips is the way to make them look better. I've tried it, and yes, it does help. I think, though, that the link below will help you the most. It's a link for a video that shows you how to make your lips look bigger. For the record, I think that reds or pale lips make your lips look bigger, though, no matter how you apply it! I hope this helps!

Clear, because it gives your lips shine and since your natural lip color still shows through, it just makes your lips look bigger and fuller/plumper whatever, especially from a distance. Try the sally hansen lip inflation clear gloss!

To make your lips look fuller, rub concealer under center of your bottom lip. Then put the tiniest amount of shimmer powder above the center of your top lip. Next, apply a pearly sheen gloss to the only the center of your lips and rub it in as well as you can. Your lips will look naturally full.

I read that if you apply an all over color and add just a bit of lip gloss to center of your bottom lip it makes them appear fuller

I think red wiil do with a lip liner, make the line on the borders of your lips or use the lip liner on the whole lip and then apply a gloss in the inner lip (center, middle) and let a thin line dark border on the lip. Hope it works!

I use a lip plumper (Sally Hansen makes one) specifically for making lips look fuller, and then you can just put any lipstick or gloss on over that.

attempt using a mushy colored lipstick then mix a touch powder on only the midsection of your decrease lip to make it seem higher. (it is in case you want to bypass the easy lower priced way) except you are able to likely only use a product listed above like the stuff from Victoria secrets and techniques. good success =)
