No.
However, I would say the statement is pure hyperbole. Are he (and so many in his administration) arrogant and imperialistic? Yes. Does he act like a stubborn, "you're not going to tell ME what to do I'm the PRESIDENT" spoiled eight year old boy, used to getting his own way?? Yes. Insane psychopathic killer? No; but the last time I looked the Constitution still guarantees our right to free speech (much to Bush's chagrin!).

No. Just deluded. I do believe that Bush is a shining example of why you should actually have experience in government and in the military before you become President.
Yes, I know he was the Governor of Texas, but look at where it ranked in education and in environmental issues before he was in office and then where it stood after he left. Bush was a joke.
His military service was also a joke.

No, emotional, redundant ( "insane psychopathic") and illogical perhaps, but that in itself does not make you a traitor.

No. Only if you advocate his death. Those who believe Bush is an insane psychopathic killer may, in fact, be psychopaths, themselves since they obviously have lost touch with reality.

Actually a true patriot.
But he's more of a sociopath rather than a psychopath.

According to the Rethuglicans, you having an opinion that differs from Bush makes you a traitor. I wonder if they all say "NEW-Q-LAR" like he does. Does it make them traitors if they pronounce nuclear right? Hmmm...
