I know he is listed as most annoying cartoon character ever. But someone's got to love the guy? I just feel bad for him.

I don't see a problem with him, I thought the episodes with him in it were kind of cute. Who do youthink the most annoying animated character is? I think it's Towlie from South Park.

No, NO, NO, no !!!
How can you like him : they introduced him when they changed the format, and added stupid farm cartoons, and dropped the famous original music for the first time... (luckily they realised the mistake on that one ). As a kid I used too see Scooby Doo was on and go sit down to watch it, and then one of these Scrappy Doo episodes with the wrong music came on, and I would be SO disappointed.....
Just feel bad for the "writers " who lost the plot.....

When my son was 5 yrs old Scrappy Doo was his favorite character. I still think he's cute.

i think shaggy is much more annoying then scrappy dappy doo. i also think that the little girls with the big round heads and big eyes are annoying. there are tons of other characters more annoying then him. hes a cool dude. i would hang out with him any day!

I really didn't have an opinion about him until he was in that Scooby Doo movie and "marked his territory" on Sarah Michelle Geller's chest. You have to love him for that!

Taking pity upon someone or something is admirable, but don't linger too long on that feeling for Scrappy.
