Loneliness causes depression which often leads to physical pain. Married to a wonderful man with two great children... I've personally felt this type of pain. It happened to me because I feel UNIMPORTANT. So I recently began volunteering at church and at my daughters' school. Places where what I do brings about appreciation from others. I'm feeding off of that right now but it's not a resolution. Identify what is making you lonely. Consider there are few things you can control and there are others you can only influence. Get to the root of the problem so you can plan on how you can get out of it. Have faith- primarily in yourself. Best of luck to you!

Yes! It is terrible! You have to find something for you! and quit worrying about whoever or whatever is making you feel this way! Join a gym start taking daily walks for you! Reading is also good and you can get books from the library for free. I can tell you what I did but you would think that it is insensitive that I mention it so I will just tell you that I started a home based direct sales business and It has totally changed my outlook on everything

There is a difference in being alone and lonely. I can be in a crowd and be lonely and then again I can be by myself but not feel that way. I do think however that time alone is better then time spent with someone wasting your time. Try to get a new hobby and see if that helps and if that does not do it then get out and meet new friends.

All the time and no one to hear my sobs of pain. For many years I've hurt and no one notice. I've gone as far as trying to commit suicide but in some cases scared that I would actually do it. Find a place of worship and a good church leader to guide u to a path where u can find urself and learn to love ur self better than u do now.

I have felt so alone before. You are not the only lonley one. Keep your chin up high and act as if and you shall be. It's okay to feel lonely if you really are lonely. It's normal to alot of us folks here....be happy don't worry

but let me tell you, it wont help by feeling lonely. get yourself engaged in more activies, socialize, find some great friends to hang out with, do something useful for yourself and people around you, you'll get rid of the loneliness.
yes it hurts we all know, but, dont get stranded because of it. it will lead you to nowhere.

MY HEADS POUNDING I FEEL THE PAIN
IS IT REAL OR AM I GOING INSANE
OH YES REAL I FEEL IT SO
SOMETIMES IT SO BAD I WISH I WOULD GO
SO AS I SIT ALONE IN THE MY ROOM
I WISH IT WOULD GO AWAY REAL SOON
THE MEDICATION I TAKE IS SO BAD
I TAKE SOME OTHERS TO MAKE ME GLAD
IT SEEMS TO BE A VICIOUS CIRCLE OF LIFE
WITH LITTLE HELP AND LOTS OF INSIGHT
SO WHAT I HAVE IS UNEXPLAINED AND TRUE
IF I ONLY KNEW JUST WHAT TO DO
AND IM ALONE AND IT HURTS THERES ONLY THING TO DO
TAKE OUT MY KEYS AND GO TO SEE YOU
