I ORDERED AN ATV AND A DIRT BIKE FOR MY KIDS FROM LEGION GLOBAL MOTORSPORTS FOR CHRISTMAS. NOT ONLY WERE THEY DELIVERED 2 WEEKS LATER THAN PROMISED THEY SENT THE WRONG THINGS. THEY SENT A POCKETBIKE AND A TINY ATV. THE DIRT BIKE I ORDERED WAS A $699 BIKE. THE POCKETBIKE THAT THEY SENT WAS $249. THE ATV I ORDERED WAS A LARGE YOUTH MODEL PRICED AT $799, THE ONE THEY SENT WAS SIZED FOR A VERY SMALL KID MUCH LOWER IN PRICE. OF COURSE I REFUSED THIS SHIPMENT. I IMEDIATELY CALLED LEGION AND WAS TREATED VERY RUDELY AND WAS TOLD LIE AFTER LIE. I HAVE CONTINUED TO CONTACT THEM AND THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING. THEY SAID THIS IS MY PROBLEM. THE TRUCKING COMPANY IS STILL HOLDING THESE BIKES BECAUSE LEGION HAS NO INTENTION TO INSTRUCT THEM TO RETURN THEM. I AM OUT $1377.94 AND I NEED YOUR HELP. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. THE PEOPLE AT LEGION GLOBAL ARE RUDE LIARS. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO. LOOK AT RIP-OFF.COM. WHAT CAN WE DO? HELP?

Ascertain what you need to do to get the court to declare the contest in YOUR venue. Then file suit in small claims court. Include in your suit the cost of prosecuting the suit - very reasonably.

No, Gore is used to his private jet and his mansion. they might use particularly some power, yet it is not his situation. He can cope with to pay for it. as though "cap and commerce" had something to do with international warming. it is all approximately funds. it would open up a great futures industry for investment bankers which may be paid for by utilising the familiar public. the cost of merely approximately each thing might pass up. Plus merely passing the bill might force up the national debt. it is something this Congress merely loves doing.

file a lawsuit against them in court it would be in small claims, so you wouldn't need a lawyer. I don't know how easy this would be to do over a distance but it would get their attention.
