Growing, when?
Girls often grow faster at a younger age than boys. However, in my observation, kids and teenagers who go to bed too late do not grow as much. Humans grow mostly over night. However also the diet plays a role. Here two examples:

Boy started growing when Mom got day job
A boy would not grow much. He was taken for an eleven year old or so when he was 14. His Mom had the night shift and came often home after midnight. Almost every night, the boy waited for her before he would sleep. When Mom got a day job, he went to bed much earlier and grew in a few months about a head in height! One could see him grow! Same diet here!

A girl grew after 20!
A girl was raised in France and fed a lean diet, mostly chocolate. She did not grow much. I assume that she also went to bed late having fun with other teenagers. After she got married, she and her husband went to bed by 10 PM and she grew 2 inches or so. She also got on a better diet.

If I were a teenager who wanted to grow, I would go to bed by nine and have a healthful, vitamin and mineral rich diet with fresh, organic vegetables and fruit, raw food as liked and some freshly sqeezed juices.

It may be worth a try for severeal months.
