Mkay. Well, congratulations on knowing what career path you want to take!

Personally, I work in Real Estate. I have for quite some time, but I do not have my license for the simple fact that I am still not 18. However, a few things that you can do are these:

Depending on where you live, look for a major Real Estate company. They usually offer classes by Brokers/Branch Managers that teach you and guide you and take you step-by-step on what you need to get your license. Depending on where you live, you must take your principles. Principles are open-book, usually.

Once you have taken your principles, it's time to study-study-study! Sign up to take your Real Estate License Examination. You must get at least 70% to pass. You will be notified on the website where you sign up whether or not you passed.

You have your license. Now what? Ask a fellow realtor with experience to be your mentor. Once you have done this, then, congrats, you're on your way at unlimited income!

p.s. Everything that I have explained above has been from my personal experience. I live in the Bay Area, so things might be a little different elsewhere. Nevertheless, hope this helped!
