Well, the last time I saw someone wear them I was in highschool... 7 yrs ago! Not to mention it was in a redneck small town up north so the guys that wore them were not exactly trend setters. When I lived in Houston and was in Jr High thats what everyone wore though.... they have changed alot since then. Now they are more of a skater/grungy thing, not cool at all.
