Can i get a good quality cell phone from a pawn shop?

my friend got a razor from a pawn shop and he got it activated with t-mobile service and it works perfectly fine. did he get lucky or could u really get a good phone?

Yes by all means but it also depends on what pawn shop and who had it first, the brand, how old it was, how long it was used.....

welll i prefer eBay but u can try pawn shops, i've never been to a pawn shop

it really is hit or miss with pawn shops.

check it before you buy it,.
