Why are the Democrats allowing the people under investigation for criminal activity to remain in office? The Republicans forced the people in their party to resign, what is the difference, is it that the Democrats condone illegal activity so long it is in their party?

When will we see you ask some reasoned questions? I've never gone in and looked at someone's profile before, but you seem to have a HUGE chip on your shoulder for Democrats, politicians, Barbara Boxer and Nancy Pelosi.
Do some reading on the history of this country. I can't think of another country I'd rather have been born in, or live in, and I'm damned proud to be an American and have people like Boxer and Pelosi -- and Bush, for that matter -- working on behalf of Americans.
Politics is a very complicated "game." Neither party is pure and clean, and it's not always about who does what to whom and who looks the other way. It's about setting an agenda that moves our country forward and keeps us on a solid path. That's easier said than done, isn't it?

The republican did not clean house!!! They knew about Mark Foley for months before anything happen further more nothing would have happened if it didn't get leaked out to the press. From that I gather the republicans formum is it's okay as long as the American public doesn't know. Where as the democratic formum is innocent until proven guilty!! What a novel thought!!

Oh please. You have got to be kidding. Is that why the House Ethics Committee found not a single person guilty of anything concerning Mark Foley? How about the republican hero Scooter Libby? Show me a link where the republicans forced anyone in their party to resign.

?????????????????? Don't you get it?? If they admit that even one of them is bad, all the rest will be exposed for what they really are, evil anti-American closet communists! They DO condone illegal acts, child molesters and criminals in general. Bill Clinton is their God.
Now, not all Democrats can be bad. Ted Strickland is a prime example of a good Democrat. Too bad there are not more like him.
I vote for the ones who have proven by their voting records that they will stand up for and preserve the two most important documents in the whole world, Our Constitution and our precious Bill of Rights!

The investigations of Bush and Republicans in Congress will be greater than Nixon and Clinton added. Wait on them. I think the Impeachment of Bush and Cheney will be the most costly investigation Congress has ever done in History.

They can't force them to resign or remove them from office, but they can limit their power.
For example William Jefferson was re-elected by the people of his district, but Speaker Pelosi did not allow him to serve on a committee. I think she is doing a great job.
Any more questions?

the Republicans forced them out as a last resort... the people that were about to go to jail... they didn't force them out before that... Delay was investigated like 4 times previously before the forced him out...
dems do the same thing...
remember the "frist investigation" why didn't you force him out? because it wasn't needed as last resort in that case...
watch the news for a change...
why don't you list some actual facts? something to back up your statement... and some links...
