The other day I had a dream that a former classmate of mine committed suicide by jumping off of a pedestrian bridge over the West Side Highway in New York City. It wasn't like we were very close in real life but there he was in the middle of my dream. Any one have any ideas about what this dream could mean.

sounds like you have something that you feel is out of your control in your life. most people would want to prevent someone from killing themselves close or not, but in most cases there is nothing you could have done..........so it seems like you might have something that you want to control but feel that you can't.

I would say that it probly means nothing BUT did you not like the person or did the two of you have any issues that could have caused tension between you two? That could very well be the reason that he died in your dream. Also you have to look at it like this dreams can be interpreted a million ways depending on whos point of veiw its from.

It would really depend on what kind of relationship you had with this classmate. If I just had to guess I would say that you use to like him and now you believe you lost your chance with him and now you regret it. But thats just a guess from what little info you gave.

This person probably killed himself the night you had this dream. Try to find out if that's the case. Look him up with GOOGLE...
