If I understand correctly you want to copy pics from one hard disk to the other.
Here are the steps you need to follow.
First unplug the computer from the power supply, open the case, look for an empty connector for the hard disk to attach. There two data cables for the PATA type of hard disks. Your hard disk and the cd/dvd drive are connected to it. Each cable has two connectors. So attach the hard disk to any of the available connector, and let it rest on the base, you can leave it any position as you need to sue it temperorarily, now find the spare power connector and connect it to the hard disk
(one thing to remember, there is a small plastic inserted at the bcak side of the hard disk, it sits over two pins, you need to take it out carefully, and keep it safe. The plastic is called a jumper, and it decides if a disk is a master, a slave etc. If a disk has no jumper on it then it will automatically be used a a slave. You can put the plastic back when your work with the hard disk is over)

You can turn on the computer without covering the computer.
once you turn it on, open windows and see if the new hard disk is recognized. One thing to remember is that the icons in "My computer" C, D, E, etc get mixed.
C will be your first hard disk first partition
D will be your second hard disk first partition
E will be your first hard disk second partition
and so on
Just open each partition to find out.

(If you do not find the second hard disk in the icons then you have to enter in bios and get the hard disk recognized there)

I think the question is off. To get any stuff off your hard drive , hit START, then RUN, then BROWSE. then MY COMPUTER. Locate your drive and click it Click on the drive you have the files on to delete. If you see the files in the window, just right click and in the window click DELETE. Simple Also if you right click on one of the files, then click OPEN you can open the subfile and then right click and DELETE.

Whether the drive is slave or master is of no importance when deleting. The importance is which drive the computer will access first on startup.
