Halo cause there is nothing like turning it on and you are in the other room and you can hear it start up and you just know something is going to die lol

Soulblade.
For the time when the PS1 was out, it was better than anything Tekken has to offer. And it is respected as one of the greatest video game openings of all time.
Kingdom Hearts 1 as my #2.

I hope I'm answering your question right, cause I'm not sure what you mean by "theme" but my favorite video game would have to be Kingdom Hearts. :)
UPDATE: If you mean theme song, same video game; "Simple and Clean" by U.H. (I'm sorry I can't remember the artists name... I know I'm a disgrace to KH fans everywhere... lol)

Resident Evil. Zombies, Monsters, Raccoon City, and tons of weapons. How can you go wrong with that. I just hope they come out with a new one soon.
