i have Intel® Celeron® D Processor 3.20 ghz i know its not the best but i do have a gig of ram and a 6200 nvidia card do u think i could run World of warcraft?

Yes. The system you have is quite reasonable and should play all but the most intensive games quite well.

You will probably have to up the Ram.
Also, check on the Box for World of Warcraft, they usually say what level of Nvidia Card you need... the games are very specific about what is required

Wish my computer had that. You should have no problem. Check on the bar, if Nvidia has a logo icon there and you can explorer the icon when you click it. I have the FX 5500 and there is a section there, where you can see if your game is listed there and click it so your cards parameters will be set for the game. Also go to nvidia for any updates too.

Add another 1 gig of RAM for better performance or it will run sluggish but you will need atlease a 256 video card to run better.

hhhmmmm...... yes since the graphics are sort enough to run it. but as long as the game doesnt detect the celeron processor ull run the game fine.

That system will play WoW just fine. You need a broadband connection though. Don't even bother with a dial-up.
