I think so. I understand what you mean. Sometimes maybe the weather can effect them? I mean the lack of humidity can make them feel stiffer- which would make them feel tighter. And if it is dry outside- the inside of your house becomes like this when you open the door. I would think if your house was really cold it could also make your jeans stiffer. If your other clothes are remaining the same (as far as feeling tighter or looser) than you're not gaining weight. So I would say yes... your jeans can feel tighter without washing or drying them- but I don't think they actually shrink. They just feel tighter.

back in the 70's even as huge bell Levi's ruled, there have been some issues we did to boot the chilly wash. If the denims in tremendous condition completely, dry low, yet no longer truly each and each of ways. in the experience that they have got a tendency to be on the fast aspect, dangle dry UPSIDE-DOWN. Clip or pin both the front corners and the back corners of the bottom of the denims jointly and placed a hanger between them to dangle upside-down. If the in tremendous condition is only a hair from suitable, wash chilly, dry low till damp, and placed them on. be careful to maintain them sparkling, yet they're going to dry excellent on your dimensions to an exact in tremendous condition. yet another tip, we used to bathe our denims interior-out because we needed the sparkling darkish blue colour and fabrics sense. It keeps away fading for see you later as achieveable. It gained't do some thing for shrinkage, in trouble-free words looks.

That is what spandex does. It gets tight when laundered and stretches out as you wear it.
