I am 27 and can not have an orgasm. I can not do it by myself or with help. Anyone have any suggestions?

Women do have to learn to orgasm, and that means learning aobut themselves and how to please themselves, and then being able to teach their partners how to please them.

I had the same problem.
I don't recommend doing what I did but some girls take ALONG time to orgasm, and some girls just unfortunatly can't.
I got a clitoral hood ring. I figured it just wasn't getting enough attention, and now, I can orgasm whenever i want.
Just give your clitoris alot of attention, and if your comfortable enough maybe buy a toy...

Are you on any medications? That could be a potential problem. Some medications can inhibit your sexual health. Every woman is different in their ability to orgasm. Some have no problems, others have difficulty, they are both very normal. If it's something that you are truly concerned about, talk to your doctor/gyno.

You need someone that knows what he's doing to show you how and help you through it. but in the mean time thee is nothing like practice practice practice. If you still can't do I'd be happy to help you out.

You should do it by yourself to find out for sure if you do or not. You might have a medical problem if you really can't.

your problem may be mentally.did your parents tell you that:dont let men to be close to you?or only bad girls may have sex?or something like this?think about it & visiting a doctor can be usefull.
