Don't even THINK about a threeway!!!
Kitty she doesn't like him that much, or else she wouldn't keep breaking up with him. Regardless though, this will probably put a strain on your friendship, and you may in the end have to decide if this guy's worth it. She could surprise everyone, act mature about it, and tell you to have at it...but it's unlikely.
Boys come and go, but real friends are forever...so decide which means the most to you and good luck.

Be up front with your friend. Tell her that she had many chances and that they obviously weren't good for each other if she broke up with your b/f several times. What does she think is different now? Sometimes you can be friends better than g/f, b/f. She should let YOU try to make him happy without worrying about her trying to get him back.

Why do something? If you trust your BF and Bob, why can't you just enjoy BF and let them work their own stuff out. Its different if you thought they were screwing around. Your BF should always make you feel like you're the only one. As long as you're secure and trusting them, just enjoy!

You said it. She had her chance and she didn't take it. Your a good friend, you stood back and let them have their time. It didn't work so now you are exploring what could be. I hope it works out for you!

It is nice that you care about your friend and her well being, but what do you want? I think if you like him date him. Your friend had many chances she blew it. It is your time to worry about you. Enjoy it have fun and you never know what will happen. (Wedding Bells, and a future) who knows.
