Never.
There is absolutely no scientific basis for it whatsoever.
Even if there were something to it, consider this: astrology is based on where the constellations USED TO BE in the time of the Greeks. Not where they are now.
They have done experiments where they asked everyone their sign, gave them a list of "personality traits" for their sign and everyone agreed with it.....and everyone actually got the same list!

Not necessarily , I mean sometimes , Iussualy go on www.kabbalahcentre.com astrology section , and they say what going on in the universe at this particular week, in general , so general planet structure work for me .
