If it's disk cleanup or defrag, how do you get there?

First of all, go into "Control Panel". Click on "Add or Remove Programs". Go down the list and delete any unnecessary programs. You don't have to defragment to free up disk space, but it will make your computer run faster. Click "Start", "All Programs", "Accessories", "System Tools" and finally Disk Defragmenter. Also try "Disk Cleanup" on the System Tools menu. Whatever you do, DO NOT compress your hard drive. If you do, Windows must decompress a file every time you use it, then compress it again once you are done using it.
