Sorry sweetie, stretching does not make you grwo! It only loosens your muscles and makes you more flexable! You know most boys actually grow the most between 17 and 20 yrs old! My brother was like that, the Dr.`s thought he was going to be a midget! But at 15 he grew some and 17 or 18 some more and at 19 he went to 5`11 .. But still keep in mind, we are all differant and our size does not make us who we are! If you really want to make a differance in your size, start a hard workout program, weightlifting will surely make a differance! And if you have a YMCA, they have an awesome program for body builders! My brother-in-law, he told me that they actually give yearly scholarships to the YMCA, which covers all expenses for use of all facilities ,programs, and they as all gyms, provide members with an instruction! This is something that you will see a differance in your body in about 2 weeks and it only gets better! Good luck and be blessed! Rev.Susan (bodybuilder) :)

Stretching can improve posture which can make you appear taller but it doesn't help you grow.

It's sad that we have to try and make ourselves taller and we only do it because we want to fit in and feel equal.
Not alot you can do but you've still got time to grow.

ERIKA, IF YOU ARE 14, FIND AS MANY BOYS AS YOU CAN, AND ASK THEM THE SAME QUESTION.
THEY DO ALOT OF STRETCHING WHICH I AM SURE THEY WILL LET YOU DO FOR THEM.
