My neighbor, who is 14 years old, looks pregnant, an she gained a lot of weight, and her mother asked me to post a photo that she took of her on Yahoo Answers to ask about this, does she look pregnant?

hmm nice beachball..if you look at where her tummy does show..no pregnant or fat woman is flat right there...

She looks VERY pregnant. Between 7 or 8 months I'd guess.
The stomach has the characteristic curve and shape.
The way she's carrying the weight in the front and high like that with a butt thats still small, she's got a very big baby in there (maybe twins). My pregnancy, I looked about like that with an almost flat lower abdomen when I got farther along. Especially because I had a lot of amniotic fluid above normal levels.
With those small hips and her young age and lack of good prenatal care, she could be in for some serious complications.
Please tell the mother to get her to a hospital right now (an ER)
and have the pregnancy confirmed. In cases like this, they usually do an ultrasound to get a correct due date, a lot of blood work, and a complete physical. Then, they'll write some prescriptions for prenatal vitamins, iron pills, and anything lse the blood work reveals she needs.
They will also test for HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases
(have the mother insist on it )
The mother can also insist and get her daughter tested for drug use. (Which would be a good idea.)

No, she's stuffed a pillow up her top.
If you want to make someone look pregnant, I suggest blowing up a ballon(not to large) then face the bit where you tie it up in front so it looks like a belly button. Must wear a tight top and make sure the bump starts down low, so it actually looks real and not like her ribs are pregnant.
Then take another photo and ask the same question.

Ok why waste points on a dumb question like that . You can tell she has a pillow or something under shirt around her plvic area is to flat . Hello find something better to do .
can I also comment there are some dumb ppl out there who has answered this question thinking she really is . it is even funnier when they have given advice on what to do . Nice gag question I guess .

No not really, the bottom of her stomach (which you can only see a little of) is still small, when you are pregnate the baby starts off at the bottom of your stomach and moves up as it gets bigger but the bottom still stays big. I wouldnt say shes preggo, just putting on some weight. Maybe drinking...looks like a beer gut or pill munchie gut to me.

No way.... her belly is too flat at her hips. When you are pregnant your whole belly from your hips the whole way up get round. Your lower ab doesn't stay flat. THIS IS FAKE

Right when I took a look at the pic i was like duh! she looks pregnant but if u look closer u will notice right under where she is holding her belly that it is very flat..very flat. When u get pregnant from the top of your vagina all the way up to the bottom of your boobies your belly is full and round. Looks like she stuffed something up her shirt to make it look preggos. She aint pregnant..theres no way!

She's got something stuck up under her shirt. You can see from the angle under her arm that her belly is flat until it reaches the bottom of her shirt.
