Yes I have. Sometimes tears of happiness because the song reminds me of something wonderful that happened to me. Sometimes tears of sadness, because it will remind me of my husband. Can't remember artist or the names of the songs, but I could hum you the tune.

Very often, songs make me cry when I can relate to them. Some of them bring back sad memories, others happy memories.
Long, Long Time by Linda Ronstadt
The Wings from Brokeback Mountain
We Just Disagree by Dave Mason
God Only Knows by Beach Boys.
I could name a hundred!!

Reba McIntyre: If I had only known. The song she wrote when her whole band was killed in a plane crash. Just reading the words can make me cry.
If I had only known
It was the last walk in the rain
I'd keep you out for hours in the storm
I would hold your hand
Like a life line to my heart
Underneath the thunder we'd be warm
If I had only known
It was our last walk in the rain
If I had only known
I'd never hear your voice again
I'd memorize each thing you ever said
And on those lonely nights
I could think of them once more
Keep your words alive inside my head
If I had only known
I'd never hear your voice again
You were the treasure in my hand
You were the one who always stood beside me
So unaware I foolishly believed
That you would always be there
But then there came a day
And I turned my head and you slipped away
If I had only known
It was my last night by your side
I'd pray a miracle would stop the dawn
And when you'd smile at me
I would look into your eyes
And make sure you know my love
For you goes on and on
If I had only known
If I had only known
The love I would've shown
If I had only known

yes, my immortal be evanscence, this is probably one of the most haunting songs ever written.
imagine by john lennon, this song says what we all want but cannot obtain.
cry out to jesus third day
song is powerful
in my daugthers eyes martina mcbride, I have alittle girl and everything she says in the song is how I feel about my little princess
letters from war mark schultz, christian singer who sings about a young man off to war and how he writes back home to his mother, truly touching
candle in the wind elton john ( both versions ) marliyn is forever immortalized as a goddess, she was taken so young and in her prime and what she endured for fame and love. And of course princess diana ( self explanatory )
god of wonder third day. its a christian song but its beautiful
there are so many that make me cry for both reason, lol sorry

I don't know the name of the song, but it was on the radio this Christmas about a little kid who wanted to buy his mom who was dying a new pair of shoes because she had always gone without for the kids, etc. And he wanted her to have the new shoes because there wasn't much time she was going to meet Jesus.
Sad..... not just because of the song, but because you know all around the world there are children who are dealing with parents who are dying..

I can't remember the name of the group or the song.. I think it's by simple plan . It came out when I'd had to make the difficult decision to kick my son out of our home. The part that made me saddest was when he says.. I just want to make you proud..never gonna be good enough for you.... And he had always been more than good enough. He was just struggling and I couldn't bear to watch it any longer. He was out of our home for a few weeks.. just long enough to make serious changes in his lifestyle. He's back home and I'm so very proud of him.

Last Kiss by Pearl Jam, My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion (cause it reminds me of the movie Titanic) and Tears In Heaven by Eric Clapton (because it's about his dead child)!

I cried the third time I hear My Chemical Romance's song "Cancer" from their album, the Black Parade. I cried when he said, "Turn away, cuz I'm awful just to see..."
