Yes. Most relationships with much younger girls are silly looking. I say this as someone who has some male friends that date women much younger than themselves all the time. It's okay as a fling, but it usually means that the guy cannot handle a mature woman. I mean really, what do you have in common with someone more tha a decade younger than you. It rarely turns out to work for long, so view it as a short term thing. And know that you look silly to other younger women and women your own age.
I remember getting hit on by older guys when I was in my 20's and I found it laughable. It was fun to flirt, but not my thing. Many younger girls want someone to take care of them, which is weird. Do you want to be a sugar daddy? Keep that in mind. When you get too old for her taste, you will be dumped.

i don't think you are too old at all. if you and she share ideas, the same likes and dislikes, why would age make a difference?
give it a try. happiness with someone isn't found just everyday, if you feel that she is special give it a try.
