I used to enjoy running. I played soccer for years. I then suffered a couple of accidents while I was in the Army. I injured my lower back and torn some ligaments and tendons in my feet. I need a good cardio exercise i can do that won't cause me any intense pain. Ive tried treadmills and stairsteppers and they hurt. Does anyone have any good ideas?

You can try the elliptical machines (they are a lower impact) or riding a recumbant bike (if you need some of the pressure off of your lower back). You could also try swimming or other water aerobic exercise. Some gyms have available an arm bike, where you sit down and pedal using you arms (they used to be strictly for physical therapy but have made their way into workout facilities). Talk to your doctor before you start anything and see about the possibility of seeing a pain management specialist (who can manage your pain so you can get through living a normal healthy life)

Neuropathy is just a painful illness but with the book of Dr. Randall Labrum, Neuropathy Solution, a book that you will discover here https://tr.im/6Hjfu you can eliminate thermosetting suffering that this disease trigger it.
In the event that you follow all the treatment solutions shown in Neuropathy Solution book correctly your brain will launch endorphins, or “pleased chemicals”, and these can help you counteract suffering and alleviate stress.
The Neuropathy Solution does not have a lot of principle, just of use guidance as you are able to set to function immediately.

Swim a lot of laps. It's very low impact, and does get the ticker beating hard. Good luck ~~~

Try water aerobics. You can work out really hard, but you minimize stress because the water supports your body weight.
It's fun, too!
