If you have a reputation of not being trustworthy then your not going to get people to call you regardless of how many flyers you put up. Consider it a lesson learned now before your in the real world.

Also, there is a difference between "need' and "want".

An idea that may help you raise a little cash is to sneak out your house during the night and empty everyones bins into their well tended gardens leaving them in a state if disamay, then set you alarm early for the next morning and catch everyone before they head of for work, offer to tidy this mess for a approporate sum, as they are in a rush and probably not fancy the idea of picking trash of their lawns this should be a sure winner. You will probably make the best profits the day the binmen come round, as they will not fulfil the task to enable them to dispose of the trash, no one wants their previous weeks trash sitting around the house/garden for another week, having said that you could go round the doors selling air freshners, he who dare, delboy ducking and diving

Well, what do you need a lot of money for?

You need to earn back the trust of your neighbors, even if it's by mowing their lawn free a couple of times before you start collecting money again.

Once you're 14, you can get working papers and get a part time job with a local place, maybe a deli or fast food.

Well, I'm not sure why you need a lot of money. If it is for a good cause you might want to try your neighbors on the weekend. Knock on their door and say hello, you are trying to raise x amount of money for xxxx and would like to know if they have any odd jobs you could do for them that day.

That way you could build up trust again and they may be able to give you more work when they think of it.

Talk to your parents and offer to do odd jobs for them. Make sure you do the work before you ask to get paid. Then slowly do the same thing with some of the neighbors but never ask to get paid in advance. You should only ask for payment once the job is done to their satisfaction.

call up real estate agencies that just put up new houses and see if they'll let you twirl arrow-signs as advertisement.
you know those guys that hold signs on street corners and stuff? yeah, go to a new community of houses and pick up a flyer with a telephone number

Well, that is a tough situation. Why do you need lots of money for? (Okay, obvious question) Maybe you could try selling something? Or see if your parents have any odd jobs, or try to find odd jobs at friends houses.
