set up conversion factors: have to convert mL to L and hour to seconds

360 L/h x 1000 mL/1L x 1 h/3600 sec = 100 mL/s

Multiply 360 by 1000 because of the L to mL and then multiply that by 360 because of the hr to s conversion.

That gets you 360 L/hr = 129,600,000 mL/s. (I just hope I'm right :D)

360L = 360000mL
1 hour = 60 * 60 seconds = 3600 seconds

(360000/3600) = (3600/36) = 100 mL/s
