She opened her eyes right before they took her to surgery and she is not out of the woods yet though she did flutter her eyes once more and has said Daddy

I would assume she's gonna come back. How often do the coma patients die? She'll probably wake up and have to have special protection since she might know who did it. But, if you really want to know the spoilers you should join the blog at abc.com. You can always find out what's going on there.

The girl who plays Dani has been released from her contract. So, it could go either way. They could recast her or she could move away maybe to live with her mother, Mimi. If she lives, I think she'll move away. Don't think she'll be recast.

I dont think she is. Personally i think she's gonna remember in the future who it was that tried to kill her. If you remember that episode, she opened her eyes real quick, then turned her head.. she seen who it was... now just to wait :-D
