Probably not. I was in Alicante last February, and there was not. Also when you check the web site of the bullfighting ring in Alicante, it shows that last corridas (fights) took place last August, so it's probably not the season yet.

Probably not in February but in March for the 'Fallas' fiesta there are special 'corridas' in Valencia. Not far from Alicante if you like it enough to travel (about 2hrs. up the motorway). There may also be some in Alicante. Not sure.
Hope this helped.

What on earth do you want to watch that barbaric activity for? It is cruel beyond belief, and that must be the only reason you want to see it! Most cities and towns have closed their bullrings as there is not the interest, many oppose it and there are activists within the Spanish government calling for its ban, the king of Spain has been quoted as saying, "the day the EU bans bullfighting is the day Spain leaves the EU" well many would say here, fine, ban it, Spain doesn't deserve its place within the EU or any civilised society for maintain this under the guise of culture, its is cruel and barbaric, if the Uk bans fox hunting, then Spain should definately have bullfighting banned, the two do not compare at all

Look at the Ayuntamiento de Alicante website.
.

It seems that there is nothing until August but it is worth checking.
