It REALLY depends upon your set up, but if you're talking about a simple pendulum (hanging from a point on the ceiling, small amplitude, with no motor driving it and w/o taking friction into account, and the observer is in the same fram of reference as the pendulum):

T=2pi*sqrt(l/g)
