Depends on what country he is in. Some countries cooperate some don't. I would suggest you go to your local CSA and discuss the matter. DO NOT sign up for 'supportkids' or any of those other SCAMS out there! The rip you off. They ONLY ask that you sign a document redirecting child support payments from your local CSA to THEM and they take 2/3 off the top and send you 1/3 of "their" collection. In the meantime your ex's support is reduced by the FULL amount of what was originally paid (of which you only collected 1/3).

If support is collectible--do it through your county office!

My ex just left the state and I never did see child support payments for over 15 years...UNTIL I hired a child support collection agency. They have a whole team of lawyers & investigators to locate the deadbeat parent and their assets.

It cost me $15.00 dollars to sign up and then 1/3 of whatever they collect. You might want to consider this before all the cash & assets dry up. Google "child support recovery service" and start asking in regards to his country. Best of luck to you, it will not be easy.

You have a couple of options, some of which include freezing the father's assets in the USA (bank accounts, property, etc.). I suggest you speak with an attorney.
