Did you get an email confirmation for your order. If you did not than they did not get your order. If you did then call the number on the confirmation and ask why your pizza hasn't arrived yet.

If you didnt get the email your order did not go through, so dont worry about cancelling your order. However, you should look in your bulk folder to be completely sure

Just save the pizza and eat it later or just tell the pizza guy that you didn't want the pizza and couldn't get through to tell you guys and hopefully he'll take the excuse
