Women needs to be looked as a whole! It is really ugly to see boobs.. respect care & love the other women as you are caring,loving & respectin your near & dear women.. life is very simple .."You receive what you give.."

Until some years ago females were not mixing with males like now a days and kept a safer distance.One effect of this cautiousness is increased Heterosexual desires.Thus a mere glance of a man to certain body parts as you mention above causes sexual stimulation and as a result vaginal fluid starts oozing.
Imagine yourself in public places with damp panties,how uncomfortable will you feel?
That's the reason why girls don't like or get annoyed when you or somebody looks at their b**bs.
But things are changing,now a days girls are mixing with boys more freely.Hand shakes and hugs (in public places) are more frequent.That surely reduces the awareness of womanhood in girls.That's why we see more revealing outfits.

First of all it is really rude on your part as one of you friends as told that they why do girls wear short neck dress. I feel not all girls belong to that group . Next thing why should you see their boobs cant you see their eyes & talk.

They get mad because for a lot of women it's disrespectful. Looking at their boobs as you put it says to some that your not paying attention to them just their body.

k, im a guy, i don't get it eaither, why would they show them if they didn't want some one to see them. if girls don't want men to look at their develpments then why do they pull their shirts down like that. Girls are so confusing, right dude, what ever, to answer your question of what we guys thiink, first, i get a *****, then i think OMG i want to squek those things. lol.

no remember if that's on the sea coast, i'd desire to care much less. My spouse and that i human beings watch and make all forms of catty comments. If i exchange into clothed, i could anticipate they have been finding on the city seal on my shirt.

They do because feminists like me like to know that guys actually like them for more then their chests. Male pigs like you only think about a girl's upper body and don't even consider that there might be more to it. Girls like guys who appreciate everything about them inside and out. Looking at them that way doesn't help. There's more to girls than that you know.

Because it is rude you are suppossed to keep eye contact during a conversation a women wants you to like her for her not just her body

Because it is intrusive. It is not pleasant, how would you like it if they stared at your private parts when talking to you.
Have some decency and look at the person and want to get to know the person and NOT their shell, which is all one's body is.
